PEACHY BERRY BANANA SHAKE 
10 strawberries
1 mellow banana
1 peach
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 c. apple or orange juice
2 tbsp. dry milk powder
1 tbsp. brewer's yeast
Strawberry garnish

This is a great way to start the day. Feel free to substitute alternate fruit, depending on what is languishing in your refrigerator. Use ripe, mellow fruits before they spoil. Dry milk provides more protein and vitamin B2 (riboflavin). Brewer's yeast zips up the energy potential.
