1 c. water 1 c. flour 1 med. egg PART B: 2 pts. Ricotta cheese 1 med. egg 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 32 oz. spaghetti sauce PART C: Mozzarella cheese Mix water, flour and egg to make "pancake" type batter. Fry on medium heat like you would a pancake, except don't let them get brown. From frying pan, place each cake on wax paper to cool. Mix Part B ingredients together in large bowl. Take paper towel and pat the cakes to remove some of the oil. Spoon Ricotta mixture (Part B) on the cakes and roll. Place cakes in 13 x 9-inch baking pan with a layer of sauce on bottom of pan. Top with more sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and starts bubbling, approximately 30 minutes. |
