JUDITH'S PECAN POUND CAKE | |
5 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1 c. milk 2 sticks butter 2 tsp. vanilla flavor 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 1/2 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. flour (plain) 1 c. chopped pecans, rolled in flour Mix oil, milk, butter, vanilla, baking powder, sugar and flour. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat well. Add chopped pecans, rolled in flour. Stir in with a spoon. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes. |
