QUICK SCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 potatoes, cut in round slices
1 can mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste
Milk

Put potatoes in layers in buttered baking dish. Mix salt, pepper and mushroom soup with enough milk to thin. Pour over potatoes. Bake 1 1/2 hours in moderate oven, 350 degrees, or until potatoes are soft. Serves 4 to 6.
