MEAT & POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. milk
Dash of salt & pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix all together, pat in bottom of baking dish. Spread 1 can of cream of chicken soup (undiluted) on top of meat mixture. Then put 1 box (1 pound) of tartar tots on top of soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
