POTATO - MEAT CASSEROLE 
2/3 c. evaporated milk (sm. can)
1 c. Campbell's mushroom soup
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 lb. hamburger
3 to 5 potatoes

Layer potatoes in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix 1/3 of soup with meat. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Spread over potatoes. Mix 2/3 can soup with 2/3 cup water. Pour over top of meat.

Bake, covered, 1 hour at 350 degrees. Bake 15 minutes, uncovered.
