QUICK POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
16 oz. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, covered and 30 minutes, uncovered. Serves 8.
