TERRY'S CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 lg. head lettuce, shredded
3-6 green onions, sliced thin
1 sm. pkg. sliced almonds
1/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted
1 can chow mein noodles

Assemble at serving time.

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Accent; optional
1/2 tsp. pepper

Dissolve over low heat and then cool. Combine above dressing with 1/2 cup oil and SHAKE HARD in shaker. This dressing separates quickly. Shake it as you pour it over salad. Toss to coat.
