1 lg. head lettuce 6 green onions, sliced Break up lettuce; add sliced green onions, refrigerate overnight. 1/2 c. sunflower seeds 1 pkg. Ramen noodles (chicken or oriental) Break up noodles from Ramen noodle packet; save flavor packet for dressing. Toast sesame seeds, Ramen noodles, and slivered almonds on cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. 1 c. oil 5 tbsp. vinegar 4 tbsp. sugar Mix flavor packet, oil, vinegar, and sugar. May refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, toss all ingredients together. |
