CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 lb. white chicken meat, cooked and shredded
1 sm. head lettuce
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
2 oz. La Choy Rice Noodles
4 green onions, chopped

DRESSING:

2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. cider vinegar

Mix dressing ahead and refrigerate. Add dressing and toss just before serving.
