TACO RICE CASSEROLE 
1 l. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 env. taco seasoning
1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
16 oz. can whole tomatoes, with liquid
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. garlic salt

In a 2 quart casserole, microwave ground beef, onion and bell pepper 4 minutes on high. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Microwave covered on high for 7 minutes, then 18 minutes on 70% power.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
