1 full bag fresh spinach, pulled in pieces
3/4 c. soft sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 or 3 pieces bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red or white onions
2 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. prepared horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Mix and serve.
