BOK CHOY ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 stalk bok choy, chopped including leaves
5 green onions, sliced
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. almond slivers
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Brown almonds and sesame seeds slowly in oven.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce

Blend well and add before serving.
