SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes

Thaw 30 minutes.

1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz. baby Swiss, grated
Potato chips, BBQ flavored

Mix spread into greased 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Add crushed potato chips. Bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
