STRAWBERRY PRETZEL CAKE 
1 c. strawberries (out of a quart)
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. corn starch to thicken
Few drops red food coloring

CRUST:

2 c. crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter

FILLING:

1 envelope Dream Whip
1/2 c. cold milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Glaze (Make first and cool). Cook berries in water and lemon juice until smooth. Add rest and cool.

Crust: Mix together and flatten in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.

Filling: Beat envelope Dream Whip and milk until thick and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until blended. Mix in cream cheese. Spread mixture over crust. Cover with rest of quart of strawberries and top with cooled glaze.

Note: Do the morning of day to be served.
