VINCE'S OLD COUNTRY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. pepper

Blend all ingredients in large bowl thoroughly. Roll into small (1 inch) meatballs and fry slowly in Crisco Oil. When done, place in crock pot with sauce 2 hours. Medium heat: DO NOT STIR.

SAUCE:

Use Prego or Ragu Sauce and add garlic and Parmesan cheese.
