SEAFOOD QUICHE 
Deep dish pie shell
Baco's
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Mushrooms
Dash pepper
1 can shrimp
1 can crabmeat

Bake pie shell 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 375 degrees.

Layer ingredients as follows; baco's, cheese, shrimp, crabmeat.

Beat eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper until combined. Pour into pie and top with mushrooms. Bake 40 minutes or until knife blade inserted comes out clean.
