ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
2 c. diced celery
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans of water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts
1/4 c. cashew nuts (opt.)

Brown ground beef and onion. Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every half hour. Sprinkle cashews over during last half hour, if desired.
