CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cauliflower
1/4 c. butter, firm
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 - 1 c. cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk

Steam cauliflower until tender. Put in casserole dish. Mix milk and cream of mushroom soup, pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cut butter into Bisquick until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake, uncovered until golden brown, 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
