FANNY FARMER BARS or FATTER
FANNY BARS
 
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
1 c. flour

2ND LAYER:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring

TOP LAYER:

1 c. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

For top layer cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add balance of ingredients. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Then cool.

For 2nd Layer: Mix ingredients and spread on bottom layer. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

Top Layer: Melt chocolate chips and butter. Spread on top and cut in squares. Keep refrigerated.
