SHRIMP CREOLE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
Salt and paprika, to taste
2 cans tomato soup
2 lbs. shrimp
1/4 lb. mushrooms
Steamed rice or noodles

Melt butter and cook onion, pepper and celery until tender. Add soup and cook 15 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add mushrooms. Serve on rice or noodles.
