HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (10 1/4 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
10-14 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 can milk
1 pt. sour cream

Brown ground beef in skillet sprinkled with salt. Add soup, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces and milk. Stir thoroughly and cook on medium heat 10-15 minutes. Add sour cream and heat on low for 3-5 minutes.

Serve over hot brown or white rice and with a salad for a quick and easy meal. Stroganoff is done while rice cooks.
