UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 onion
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can crescent rolls

Brown beef and onion, drain off grease. Add tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Simmer about 10 minutes. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread sour cream on top. Sprinkle cheese over sour cream. Open rolls and place over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
