UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA 
2 lb. lean ground meat
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown meat and onions; drain. Add mix and tomato sauce, simmer gently. Spread in 9 x 12 inch pan. Layer sour cream and mozzarella cheese. Place rolls on top. Brush with melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
