SPANISH MACARONI 
1 lb. macaroni
2 lbs. ground round
1/2 lb. American cheese
6 strips bacon
2 lg. onions
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
2 green peppers
2 (#2 1/2) cans tomatoes
2 1/2 tbsp. don chili spice
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 red chili peppers

Oven at 325 degrees. Grind bacon, onions and green peppers and cook together. Add spices, brown meat then add tomatoes and the bacon mixture. Season to taste while simmering. Place layer of cooked macaroni and mixture and cheese in oven for 1 1/2 hours.
