MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 c. cooked macaroni
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika

Place butter in 1-quart glass measure. Heat in radarange oven on full power 20 to 30 seconds, or until melted. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly. Cook in radarange oven on cookmatic level 8 for 6 to 8 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in cheese, stirring until melted. Stir sauce into cooked macaroni in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with mixture of bread crumbs and paprika. Heat in radarange oven on full power for 2 or 3 minutes, until bubbly.
