MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. warm milk
Pepper
2 tsp. pepper sauce
1/2 c. heavy cream (optional)
16 oz. Velveeta
8 oz. macaroni, cooked

Melt butter in heavy pan; add flour and stir with spoon. Gradually stir in warm milk, turn up heat and stir until reaches boiling point. Add pepper (to taste) and pepper sauce. Stir in cheese (cut into cubes). When melted add cooked macaroni; mix. Pour in oven dish and cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
