VEGGIE PIZZA 
2 cans (8 oz. each) crescent rolls
1 egg, beaten
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (1 oz.) pkg. dry Ranch dressing
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
broccoli, cauliflower, tomato*

Spread rolls out like crust on an ungreased pan. Brush with egg.

Bake at 375°F for 11 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing. Spread over crust, then sprinkle with veggies and cheese.

*Chop small. (You may use any of your favorite vegetables.)
