CORN SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cut in small cubes
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. cucumber, chopped
1/4 c. sweet relish
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing

Combine first six ingredients in glass bowl. Fold in dressing. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
