CHILI BREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn
1 onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
1 c. Longhorn cheese, grated

Mix cornmeal, salt, soda and baking powder. Stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
