CHILI CHEESE BREAD 
4 c. all-purpose baking mix
2 c. sharp Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss baking mix with cheese. Stir together remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients; mix until well blended. Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake 55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
