CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE | |
1 frozen 9 inch pie shell 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. dark Karo syrup 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. pecans Mix together in bowl eggs, corn syrup, sugar, chocolate, butter and vanilla until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 350 degree F. oven. Cool on wire rack. This recipe is for (1) 9 inch pie. |
