SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 med. zucchini or summer squash
1 or 2 med. onions, to taste
Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
butter

Slice squash and onions, then layer in buttered casserole, placing cheese and butter before starting another layer. Empty the soup on top. Dot with butter and some cheese. Sprinkle some potato chips or bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
