FRANK AND BEAN BAKE 
4 slices bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
4 frankfurters, cut diagonally into 1-inch slices
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can whole undrained tomatoes
2 tbsp. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Cheesy Drop Biscuits (see below)

Place bacon and onion in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 2 minutes; stir. Microwave until bacon is crisp, 2-4 minutes longer; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except for the cheesy biscuits.

Break up tomatoes with fork. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 3 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave on high until hot and bubbly (5 minutes). Prepare Drop Biscuits.

CHEESY DROP BISCUITS:

3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients until dough is formed. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls around the edge of casserole. Microwave uncovered on high for 2 minutes. Rotate casserole 1/4 turn. Microwave until biscuits are no longer doughy, 3-4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
