FIVE O'CLOCK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. round steak
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. washed rice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut steak into pieces, dredge with flour and brown in hot fat. Place in casserole with tomatoes, onion, green pepper, rice, 1/2 cup water, salt and pepper. Cover casserole. Cook approximately 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
