POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream shortening. Add both sugars and cream. Add eggs, beat. Add flour, mix. Then add rest of ingredients. Shape into small balls, press on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
