POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream shortening, brown sugar and white sugar. Add remaining ingredients and shape in small balls. Press on ungreased cookie sheet with floured fork and bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
