SPINACH SALAD 
1 sm. can bamboo shoots, drained
1 sm. can water chestnuts, drained
1/2 lb. crumbled cooked bacon
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
1 med. sliced red onion
1 pkg. washed trimmed spinach

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Prepare dressing by combining ingredients in a shaker. Set aside.

Toss salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and gently toss. Serve immediately.
