CHICKEN A LA KING 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. half and half
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. chopped pimento stuffed olives
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. puff pastry rounds in grocery freezer section

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and half and half; cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over baked puff pastry rounds. Serves 2.
