CHICKEN AND WINE 
6 chicken breasts, skinned
1/4-1/2 pale dry cocktail sherry
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms

Place chicken in greased casserole. Add wine. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Add soup and mushrooms. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour until brown. Stir often to blend gravy. Delicious served with rice.
