EGGS EL DORADO 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
4 English muffins, split, toasted

Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add Cheez Whiz and eggs; heat. For each serving, spoon mixture over two muffin halves. 4 servings.
