BANANA PUDDING 
2 eggs, separate yolk and white, use yolk only
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Mix sugar and cornstarch, set aside. Combine eggs and milk, add dry mixture. Cook medium heat to low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add butter and vanilla. Pour pudding over vanilla wafers and bananas.
