FISH CASSEROLE 
4 pieces of any white fish
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 c. grated jack cheese
2 lbs. diced green onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
Chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Pl ace fish in lightly oiled dish (olive oil). Lightly salt and pepper. Layer mushrooms, cheese, onion, celery, parsley on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
