1 lg. box Crispex cereal
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate morsels
1 (6 oz.) bag butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
Powdered sugar

Melt together chocolate, butterscotch and peanut butter - smooth sauce in texture. In large bowl, pour sauce over cereal - mix well. Liberally sprinkle sugar into mixture (prevents clumping). Once well blended, cover bowl with waxed paper and refrigerate until pieces harden.
