STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DESSERT 
2 c. crumbled pretzels, roll with rolling pin to crumble
3/4 c. melted butter (1 1/2 cubes)
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) box strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, partly thawed

Put pretzels in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine sugar and melted butter; drizzle over pretzels. Bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and egg. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzels. Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add strawberries. When thickened, spread over creamed layer.
