FLANK STEAK CANTONESE 
1 flank steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
2-3 cloves garlic
2-3 fresh ginger
2 tbsp. vinegar

Use garlic press for cloves; peel ginger and use garlic press again (only liquid comes out). Combine with soy sauce and vinegar. Stab steak with fork all over. Marinate with liquid for at least 2 hours, turning steak after 1 hour in refrigerator. Bake, broil, or barbecue steak as usual. Slice into strips. Will feed 4 or more depending on size of meat.
