MICRO PEANUT BRITTLE 
Power level high, 8 to 11 minutes.

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole stir together on high for 4 minutes.

1 c. roasted peanuts

Stir in peanuts. Cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes until light brown.

1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Add butter and vanilla to syrup, blending well. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes more. Peanuts light brown and syrup HOT.

1 tsp. baking soda

Add and gently stir until light and foamy. Pour onto lightly greased sheet. Let cool 1/2 to 1 hour. When cool, break into pieces.
