MEXICAN STYLE CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. meal
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk (either kind)
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil or butter
1 chopped med. onion
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 sm. can cream style corn
1 sm. can chili peppers or can of jalapeno peppers

Mix together and cook in 425 degree oven for 25 minutes.
