CRAN - APPLE ORANGE CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. finely chopped apples
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
1 c. powdered sugar
4 1/2 tsp. orange juice

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 12 cup bundt pan. In large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients; mix well. Add milk, eggs, apples, butter, and orange peel. Mix well until blended. Fold in cranberries. Pour in prepared pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes in pan; remove onto wire rack. Cool completely. Combine dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
