SWEET DREAM TORTE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 oz.) square unsweetened chocolate, melted
3/4 c. whipping cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) frozen pound cake, thawed

Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Blend in chocolate. Beat cream until soft peaks form; gradually add remaining sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Split cake into 3 layers. Spread each layer with cream cheese mixture; stack. Frost sides with cream cheese mixture. Chill. 8 to 10 servings.

A simply elegant dessert to serve to guests. A thin slice gives a lot of satisfaction.
